- Open to any current 8th grade and high school age player (FEMALE ONLY), regardless if they are participating in the Far Western National Qualifier or not.
- Promote the Combine to every NCAA Division II, Division III, NAIA and Junior College Volleyball in the West Coast and Mountain regions!
